2021 Diaper Drive
Did you know the Utah Diaper Bank shipped over 880,000 diapers to families in need during 2020? Diapers are NOT covered by government safety net programs and can be a major financial strain for families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. The Utah Diaper Bank works with a network of reputable service providers to make sure diapers are distributed to our most vulnerable friends and neighbors.
In addition to HomeAid's core mission of helping provide safe, dignified housing through our unique relationship with the home building industry, we also work to promote awareness and community engagement to help those who need a hand.
For two years running, HomeAid Utah has facilitated the LARGEST ANNUAL Diaper Donation in Utah Diaper Bank HISTORY! Let's make it a 3-peat!
Join us now through August 20th in collecting over 250,000 diapers, wipes and infant formula for our Utah families in need. Get creative and engage your company, co-workers, clients, friends and family. There are several ways to donate but you won't want to miss the finale collection event at Rio Tinto Stadium on August 20th 8:00am-1:00pm. In addition to lunch trucks sponsored by Hamlet Homes and socializing, you cannot miss the 2021 Diaper House being built by Carpet Diem and Oakwood Homes.
Our friends at The Other Side Movers have graciously donated a huge truck and strong crew to help load and transport the haul so let's wear them out!
