Bank of America Grant Brings Essential Appliances to The Other Side Village
We are excited to extend our deepest appreciation to Bank of America for their invaluable support of HomeAid Utah’s work with The Other Side Village. Their generous $5,000 grant has been a key factor in furnishing the village’s new tiny homes with high-quality GE appliances, bringing us closer to making a lasting impact on the lives of those moving out of chronic homelessness.
The Other Side Village is more than just a place to live; it’s a vibrant community built on a foundation of support, personal growth, and connection. Designed as a master-planned neighborhood, The Other Side Village goes beyond housing, creating a nurturing environment where residents can build relationships, find stability, and grow. Bank of America’s contribution allows us to outfit these homes with essential appliances, enhancing the everyday lives of our future residents.
At HomeAid Utah, we’re thrilled to partner with The Other Side Village and its vision to redefine homelessness solutions in Salt Lake City. Alongside city leaders, planners, and other dedicated partners, we are proud to play a role in this transformative project by coordinating the construction of the first tiny home sub-village. As we build 10-15 homes in collaboration with our network of builders and suppliers, Bank of America’s support underscores the strength of community-driven solutions and the lasting change that comes from working together.
Thank you, Bank of America, for your commitment to this mission and for helping create a brighter future at The Other Side Village. Together, we’re helping to create not just houses, but homes that bring hope and opportunity to those who need it most.
